Refund policy

Returns: 
We want to ensure you are happy with your order. If you receive an item you aren't satisfied with, we accept returns for shop credit or a replacement (a different size) within 7 days of your order being delivered. 
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, & in all original packaging. 
Shipping will be deducted from all returns (not exchanges or replacements). 
To request a return please contact us at carolinacutiesclothingco@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. 
*Sale items are final sale & will not be accepted for return. 

If you receive your order with a flaw/defect or the incorrect item, please email us with your order number and photos at carolinacutiesclothingco@gmail.com within 7 days so we can make things right. 

Store credit will be issued within 3 days of receiving & inspecting your returns.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. If you made a mistake when ordering, email us right away so we can modify your order when possible.
